UPDATE #1 to Prior Notice Identifier #791:
On February 3, 2026, SG Resources Mississippi, L.L.C. (“SGRM”), pursuant to Section 17 of
the General Terms & Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff, notified its Customers of a Force
Majeure at its facility. SGRM is providing an update to that Notice. The Force Majeure is due
to a facility piping issue.
SGRM, until further notice, will be curtailing service under all Rate Schedules. Curtailment
will be done according to the Tariff.
SGRM continues to assess the situation to resolve the issue and to restore to full operating
capacity. Additional information including an anticipated return-to-service date will be
provided as more information becomes available.
