CRITICAL NOTICE OF PLANNED MAINTENANCE

Sabine will be performing system maintenance during the following windows:

Operational pipeline receipt capacity will be restricted to a total volume of 75,000 Dth/d
from the following mainline receipt points for deliveries to Henry Hub (IHT):

Sabine anticipates an impact to Firm Transportation services during the maintenance
windows noted. Daily capacity will be allocated across Firm Transportation customers per
Sabine’s FERC Gas Tariff (Tariff), General Terms and Conditions, Section 7.6. Reservation
Charge Adjustments will be applied pursuant to the Tariff, General Terms and Conditions,
Section 7.19.2.
