Notice Text:
Sabal Trail Transmission, LLC (STT) has limited operational flexibility to manage due pipe imbalances which result in lower than desired linepack levels. As a result, effective immediately, STT requires all delivery point operators to keep actual daily takes out of the system equal to or less than scheduled quantities regardless of their cumulative imbalance position.
Shippers are required to coordinate any imbalance payback through STT's account representative and actual payback quantities may be limited depending on system operations and conditions. If customers do not adhere to imbalance requirements stated above, STT will utilize any provision of its tariff to ensure system integrity including the issuance of customer specific or system wide OFOs.
This notice will remain in effect until further notice.
