In accordance with Section 6.28 of the General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”) of its tariff, Portland Natural Gas Transmission System (PNGTS) is soliciting bids for the sale of excess operational natural gas volumes by PNGTS to buyers at Westbrook M&amp;N (235006).<br>RFP Period<br>Open:&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;12:00 PM CST, Monday September 21, 2026<br>Close:&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 12:00 PM CST, Thursday September 24, 2026<br>Award Period:&nbsp;&nbsp; 12:00 PM – 01:30 PM CST Thursday September 24, 2026<br>Request for Bids for the Purchase of Natural Gas from PNGTS<br>A. Performance Obligation and Contract Quantity<br>In order to meet its operational needs, PNGTS is soliciting bids for the sale by PNGTS to buyers of a total of 155,000 MMBtu, to be sold ratably in an amount of 5,000 MMBtu per Day, of natural gas as set forth more fully below.<br>B. Receipt Point<br>1. Westbrook M&amp;N (235006)<br>The operational sale will be made on an unbundled basis whereunder the purchaser will be responsible for any required transportation from Westbrook.<br>Receipt Period<br>PNGTS is soliciting bids for the period commencing October 1, 2026 through October 31, 2026.
