<p></p><p>Subject: MNUS System Wide Operational Flow Order -- LIFTED -- CORRECTION<br><br>Effective 9:00 AM CCT August 9, 2026, Maritimes &amp; Northeast (M&amp;N) is lifting the Operational Flow Order issued on August 8, 2026.</p><p>As a reminder, Maritimes &amp; Northeast (M&amp;N) has limited operational flexibility to manage imbalances. As such, M&amp;N continues to require all shippers and point operators to keep actual daily takes out of the system equal to or less than scheduled quantities regardless of their cumulative imbalance position.</p><p>Shippers are required to coordinate any imbalance payback through M&amp;N's account representative and actual payback quantities may be limited depending on system operations and conditions. If customers do not adhere to imbalance requirements stated above, MNUS will utilize any provision of its tariff to ensure system integrity including the issuance of customer specific or system wide OFOs.</p><p>Additionally, M&amp;N continues to require all Power Plant Operators to provide information mandated by FERC Order No. 698 until further notice.
