As part of the previously posted transition to Enstor Gas, LLC, the commercial services functions will transition the Quorum environment to our new operating environment.
We anticipate minimal impact to our customers as a result of this transition. For the majority of users, the primary change will be a new URL for accessing the Quorum application. Your existing User ID will remain unchanged, and no action will be required regarding your current user credentials.
FOR BBT MISSISSIPPI AND BBT ALABAMA CUSTOMERS:
As part of this transition, customers currently submitting nominations for our BBT Mississippi and BBT Alabama assets through TIPS will transition to QPTM for future nomination and transaction activity.
The new Enstor environment is anticipated to occur within the next month. Additional communication will be provided once the implementation date has been finalized.
In preparation for this transition, Enstor will offer customers training on the QPTM nomination process prior to implementation.
TRAINING INFORMATION:
A web-based training will be held October 14, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. This training will cover the QPTM applications for nominations, contracts, invoices, and reports. A separate notice will be posted with the webinar information.
