As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's 
website, Northwest will be performing maintenance at the 
following locations next week:

- Lava Hot Springs CS: located at MP 567.42 in Bannock 
        County, Idaho beginning gas day July 13, 2026, through 
        gas day July 16, 2026.
- Soda Springs CS: located at MP 528.74 in Bear Lake 
        County, Idaho beginning gas day July 14, 2026, through 
        gas day July 16, 2026.

The Lava Hot Springs CS will be limited to 582,000 Dth/d 
northbound and for the duration of the outage.

If primary nomination requests through the Lava Hot Springs CS 
exceeds the available capacity of 582,000 Dth/d northbound (or 
whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the 
maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate 
Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice 
of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 
650,000 Dth/d northbound. The deficiency period will continue 
until the work has been completed.

The Soda Springs CS will be limited to 570,000 Dth/d 
northbound and for the duration of the outage.

If primary nomination requests through the Soda Springs CS 
exceeds the available capacity of 570,000 Dth/d northbound (or 
whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the 
maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate 
Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice 
of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 
652,000 Dth/d northbound. The deficiency period will continue 
until the work has been completed.
