Notice Text:
As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's
website, Northwest will be performing maintenance at the
following locations next week:
- Boise CS: located at MP 802.8 in Ada County, Idaho
beginning gas day May 26, 2026, through gas day June 22,
2026.
- Caldwell CS: located at MP 849.8 in Gem County, Idaho
beginning gas day May 27, 2026, through gas day June 22,
2026.
The Boise CS will be limited to 438,000 Dth/d southbound
beginning gas day May 26, 2026, through gas day May 28, 2026,
and 336,000 Dth/d northbound beginning gas day May 27, 2026,
through gas day June 22, 2026.
If primary nomination requests through the Boise CS exceeds the
available capacity of 438,000 Dth/d southbound or 336,000 Dth/d
northbound (or whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any day of
the maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate
Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice
of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of
452,000 Dth/d southbound or 499,000 Dth/d northbound. The
deficiency period will continue until the work has been
completed.
The Caldwell CS will be limited to 288,000 Dth/d southbound for
the duration of the outage.
If primary nomination requests through the Caldwell CS exceeds
the available capacity of 288,000 Dth/d southbound (or whatever
NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance),
pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in
Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared
Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 475,000 Dth/d
southbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work
has been completed.
