As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's
website, Northwest will be performing maintenance at the
following locations next week:
- Willard CS: located at MP 1175.2 in Skamania County,
Washington on gas day April 14, 2026.
- Mt. Vernon CS: located at MP 1440.18 in Skagit County,
Washington beginning gas day April 14, 2026, through
gas day April 15, 2026.
The Willard CS will be limited to 380,000 Dth/d northbound and
383,000 Dth/d southbound for the duration of the outage.
If primary nomination requests through the Willard CS exceeds
the available capacity of 380,000 Dth/d northbound or 383,000
Dth/d southbound (or whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any
day of the maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of
Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give
notice of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design
capacity of 540,000 Dth/d northbound or 431,000 Dth/d
southbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work
has been completed.
The Mt. Vernon CS will be limited to 1,177,000 Dth/d southbound
on gas day April 14, 2026, and limited to 1,240,000 Dth/d
southbound on gas day April 15, 2026.
If primary nomination requests through the Mt. Vernon CS
exceeds the available capacity of 1,177,000 Dth/d southbound on
gas day April 14, 2026, or 1,240,000 Dth/d southbound on gas
day April 15, 2026 (or whatever NWP cannot mitigate during any
day of the maintenance), pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of
Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give
notice of a Declared Deficiency Period based on a design
capacity of 1,277,000 Dth/d southbound. The deficiency period
