Subject: Boise Loop Line Hydro Test - Maintenance Reminder

As posted in the maintenance schedule on Northwest Pipeline's
website, Northwest is performing the 2025 Boise DOT Hydro Tests
which will affect the following locations:
- Boise CS beginning gas day August 26, 2025, through gas
day September 15, 2025.
- Caldwell CS beginning gas day August 26, 2025, through
gas day September 15, 2025.
The Boise CS will be limited to 340,000 Dth/d northbound for
the duration of the outage.
If primary nomination requests through the Boise CS exceeds the
available capacity of 340,000 Dth/d northbound (or whatever NWP
cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance), pursuant to
Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in Northwest's
Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared Deficiency
Period based on a design capacity of 499,000 Dth/d northbound.
The deficiency period will continue until the work has been
completed.
The Caldwell CS will be limited to 329,000 Dth/d southbound for
the duration of the outage.
If primary nomination requests through the Caldwell CS exceeds
the available capacity of 329,000 Dth/d southbound (or whatever
NWP cannot mitigate during any day of the maintenance),
pursuant to Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Rate Schedule TF-1 in
Northwest's Tariff, Northwest will give notice of a Declared
Deficiency Period based on a design capacity of 475,000 Dth/d
southbound. The deficiency period will continue until the work
has been completed.
