Subject: REMINDER- NBPL Clark Station 10 Automation Upgrade Outage

NBPL reminds customers of the ongoing Clark Station 10 TSA Automation Upgrade Project maintenance at the Clark Compressor Station (CS 10), which will impact the Flow Past Glen Ullin internal constraint (GlenSEG).As a result, Flow Past Glen Ullin capacity will be reduced to 2,155-MMcf/d for Monday, June 1, through Friday, June 5, as described in the maintenance notice posted April 14, 2026. (Notice ID: 25990125).Based on current nominations, it is anticipated that this posting will result in the capacity allocation reduction of IT, Firm Secondary and a portion of Firm Primary volumes. Since NBPL anticipates that this restriction may impact its ability to deliver all nominated Firm Primary services, NBPL will apply the Reservation Charge Crediting Mechanism of Northern Border’s FERC Gas Tariff Section 6.6.7 as necessary.Please contact your Northern Border Customer Service Representative with any questions regarding nominations or scheduling at (866) 581-6487.
