We're excited to announce that North Baja Pipeline will transition to TC eConnects, our next-generation transactional platform, beginning Gas Day October 1, 2026.
As part of this transition, TC eConnects will become the system of record for all North Baja Pipeline business activities related to October 2026 gas flow and future gas months. Any business activity associated with periods prior to October 2026 will remain in TC PLUS and can be accessed there as read-only for historical reference.
TC eConnects is a modern platform that delivers a superior customer experience with enhanced functionality and streamlined management of your daily operations, seamlessly across desktop and mobile devices.
What You Need to Do
To ensure a smooth transition, all customers must complete a new Electronic Contracting Agreement (ECA) for accessing the Customer Activities Website. If you haven't already done so, please reach out to USEBBSecurity@tcenergy.com right away.
Getting Ready for the Switch
We're committed to your success. Comprehensive online training sessions covering TC eConnects functionality will be available to help your team get up to speed. Training dates and registration details will be shared in the coming weeks.
