    FORCE MAJEURE – MORAINE LATERAL– PIPELINE REMEDIATION

     

    As posted on Natural's Outage Impact Report (X23-1002233), as part of its ongoing pipeline Integrity Management Program and the results of a previous ILI tool run on the Moraine Lateral located in Segment 39 of Natural's Iowa-Illinois Receipt Zone, Natural has discovered an anomaly that requires pipeline remediation work.

     

    As a result, Natural is required to shut in sections of the Moraine Lateral.  This is a Force Majeure event that requires Natural to shut in the following locations during this remediation.  Transport services for receipt and deliveries at the locations listed below will be unavailable during this outage.  No transport services will be available until the remediation work has been completed.   

     

    LOCATIONS UNAVAILABLE - The following points are unavailable beginning gas day Friday, October 16, 2026, Timely Cycle and anticipated to continue through gas day Friday, October 30, 2026:

     

    LOC 40257     CALPINE/NGPL ZION ENERGY LAKE

    LOC 907112    WISC ELE/NGPL KENOSHA

     

     

    Continue to monitor Natural's website during this Force Majeure event for any updates to this remediation work.
