PHMSA MEGA RULE–- ELIGIBLE PROJECT – HAGIST RANCH LATERAL

 

In accordance with its FERC Gas Tariff and as posted on Natural's Outage Impact Report (X25-1487552), Natural will be performing a remediation project on the Hagist Ranch Lateral in Jim Wells and Nueces Counties, Texas (Segment 21 of Natural's South Texas Zone).  Natural is required to shut in Segment 21, as set forth below. This remediation project is pursuant to the PHMSA Mega Rule and as set forth in its Tariff, is an Eligible Project (ID 29093) included on the Eligible Project List posted on Natural's internet website.  See Eligible Project ID, line name and location identified below (Appendix F- Docket No. RP22-1222 Settlement).  This outage is subject to the provisions of Section 5.2 (c) (5) of the General Terms and Conditions of Natural's FERC Gas Tariff.

The scheduling constraint will be in Segment 21 at compressor station 341 (CS 341); therefore, any gas received west of CS 341 will be impacted for the duration of the restriction.

 

As such, effective for gas day Tuesday, February 10, 2026, Timely Cycle, and continuing through gas day Friday, February 27. 2026, Natural will schedule Primary Firm and Secondary in-path Firm transports to 0% of contract MDQ through CS 341.  No transport services will be available for the duration of this restriction.
