listed in the prior notice below.
********** Prior Notice Below **********
OFO Prohibiting Deliveries in Excess of Scheduled Quantities to Line N20 Delivery Interconnects
Pursuant to Section 33 of the General Terms and Conditions (“GT&C”) of the National Fuel Gas Supply Corporation (“NFGSC”) tariff, NFGSC is issuing an Operational Flow Order (“OFO”)
prohibiting deliveries in excess of scheduled quantities at the following Line N20 delivery interconnects:
PSN314673 To Col. Gas of PA-FindlayTwp
IMPTO Imperial Landfill (To plant)
PSN314668 Omnis-Bailey
PSN3104629 Pennsylvania Chemicals
This OFO is being issued to protect operational integrity of the Line N20 system and is considered a Level 1 OFO under GT&C Section 33.5. The OFO is effective beginning with gas day June
16, 2026 and will be in place until system conditions allow for termination of the OFO, at which time further notice will be provided. During effectiveness of the OFO, deliveries in excess of 5%
greater than scheduled quantities at the delivery interconnects listed above will be considered unauthorized receipts in violation of the OFO and subject to a charge equal to $10 per Dth plus the
Cost of Gas as defined in GT&C Section 15.3(g).
This notice supersedes the previously issued critical notice requesting that shippers match scheduled quantities to delivered quantities in order to avoid issuance of an OFO.
