Tennessee Gas Pipeline has issued the OFO Daily Critical Day 1 Systemwide notice effective for gas day May 3, 2025 until further notice. (Notice ID 394458).
At this time, BBT (Midla), LLC is requesting all shippers and delivery point operators to keep actual daily takes out of the system greater than or equall to scheduled quantities regardless of their cumulative imbalance position. To the extent that any penalties are assessed by TGP at the interconnects, the shipper will be responsible for payment of such penalties.
