TC Louisiana Intrastate Pipeline Operational Sale of Gas under Section 14.2.1 of the Statement of Operating Conditions for TC Louisiana Intrastate Pipeline TC Louisiana Intrastate Pipeline, LLC (“TCLI” or “Transporter”) is soliciting bids from interested parties for up to 30,000 Dth/day, for a total volume of up to 930,000, to be sold on the TCLI system during the term of July 1, 2026, through July 31, 2026. Volumes will be sold and delivered on a firm baseload basis by Transporter to the winning party at TCLI/ANR (Loc Prop #620003 Dugas Rd). All bids must be based on the NYMEX Last Day Settlement Price, plus/minus locational basis (ANR) for the applicable term. It is the intent of TCLI to transact at a fixed price upon awarding. If there is a tie, the winning bid will be determined based on earliest timestamp of bid submission. TCLI will receive bids beginning on Wednesday June 24, 2026, at 09:00 AM CST until Thursday June 25, 2026 12:00 PM CST. The winning party will be notified by 01:00 PM CST on Thursday June 25, 2026. Prior to submitting a bid, each prospective party must meet the Creditworthiness requirements specified in Section 5 of TCLI’s Statement of Operating Conditions (SOC). In addition, interested parties must have an active, fully executed NAESB Base Contract for Sale and Purchase of Natural Gas agreement (NAESB Agreement) in place with TCLI. If you do not have a NAESB Agreement in place and would like to participate in future operational transactions, questions may be directed to Diana Roberts at Diana_Roberts@TCEnergy.com. To participate, all bids must be submitted using the Bid Form provided below. No change or alterations to the form will be accepted and will cause the prompt rejection of the bid.
