Leaf River Energy Center LLC (“Leaf River”) is providing a courtesy notice to inform
customers of an update to the Tennessee Force Majeure that was posted on July 21, 2026 on
their Informational Posting site.

For your convienece, the Tennessee notice is provided below.

POSTED TENNESSEE NOTICE:

FORCE MAJEURE AT MLV 538-2 TO 539-2 EFFECTIVE 7-23-2026 UPDATE #3

Pursuant to Article XII of the General Terms and Conditions of Tennessee's FERC Gas Tariff,
Tennessee posted notice of a Force Majeure event between valve sections 538 and 539 on
Line 2 near Heidelberg, Mississippi effective on July 23, 2026 (Notice Identifier #402947) with
subsequent update notices on Friday, July 24, 2026 (Notice Identifier #403007) and Saturday,
July 25, 2026 (Notice Identifier #403031). An issue was discovered which required
immediate repairs. Work is ongoing. The final repairs are now in process of being
completed. Tennessee now anticipates the work to be completed by no later than Sunday,
July 26, 2026. As such, effective Timely Cycle for the Gas Day of Monday, July 27, 2026,
Tennessee does not anticipate any Primary In the Path restrictions pathed through MLV 539
(Segment 534 BH).

Additionally, Tennessee will accept nominations for receipts and deliveries up to meter
capacity at the Leaf Jasper County Meter (412789) effective Timely Cycle for the Gas Day of
Monday, July 27, 2026.

Tennessee will continue to update customers as more information becomes available.

During the Force Majeure, Leaf River will confirm nominations to match Tennessee volumes.
Shippers should contact their Tennessee Representative for additional details. For your

FORCE MAJEURE AT MLV 538-2 TO 539-2 EFFECTIVE 7-23-2026

Pursuant to Article XII of the General Terms and Conditions of Tennessee's FERC Gas Tariff,
Tennessee is posting notice of a Force Majeure event between valve sections 538 and 539
on Line 2 near Heidelberg, Mississippi. An issue has been discovered which requires
immediate repairs. Tennessee personnel are on site and have already begun working on a
repair plan. Based on current nominations and forecasted demand, Tennessee is providing
notice to customers that Primary In the Path capacity at MLV 539 (Segment 534 BH) could
be impacted as early as Timely Cycle for the Gas Day of Thursday, July 23, 2026 and
throughout the duration of this repair work. The repair work will cause the following meter to
be shut in for the duration of the work:

412789 LEAF/TGP Jasper County

All Receipts and all Deliveries at the Leaf TGP Jasper County Meter (412789) will be at risk
as early as Timely Cycle for the Gas Day of Thursday, July 23, 2026 and for the duration of this
work.
