Computer System – Issues with Latitude EBB – Resolved

Leaf River Energy Center LLC (“Leaf River”) is pleased to report that Latitude has notified us
that the system issues impacting the Latitude EBB have been resolved and the platform is now
fully operational.

Leaf River has validated system inventories following the restoration of service. Customers are
requested to review and confirm their inventory balances to ensure accuracy and notify us
promptly of any discrepancies.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation during this time.

Leaf River Energy Center LLC (“Leaf River”) is currently experiencing system issues within the
Latitude EBB that may impact visibility and functionality for users. Our team is actively investigating
the root cause and working with Latitude (third party vendor) to restore full performance as quickly
as possible.

During this time, you may encounter delays or difficulty accessing certain features within the
platform. Until this issue is resolved, Leaf River will keep interconnect volumes whole beginning with
the ID1 cycle for Gas Day July 2, 2026 and continuing until further notice.

Please continue to monitor critical notices for updates. We will continue to provide updates as more
information becomes available and appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this matter.
