Critical Notice

In reference to Eastern Gas Transmission and Storage Notice ID: 1013690, effective Timely Cycle, Gas Day September 22, 2026, Iroquois nominations are sealed from all increases at the following location:

-       Canajoharie Interconnect with Eastern Gas Transmission and Storage.

The following capacity has been reduced:

-       Park, Interruptible and Secondary receipt nominations at the Canajoharie Interconnect are reduced by 100%.

In addition, effective Timely Cycle, Gas Day September 22, 2026, Iroquois nominations are at capacity and sealed from all increases at the following location:

-       Brookfield Interconnect with Algonquin Gas Transmission

The following capacity has been reduced:

-       Park, Interruptible and Secondary receipt nominations at the Brookfield Interconnect are reduced by 100%.

Customers will be advised if further capacity becomes available during the day as volumes are nominated and confirmed.
