Gulf South will be performing maintenance on Index 301-8-L-A Pipeline.
The following points will be shut-in for the duration of the maintenance:
- Loc 7362 (Mobile-Saraland)
- Loc 20777 (Jacinto Port (Bayou Sara Junction))
- 1 Spire Farmtap"
Gulf South Pipeline Company, LLC (“Gulf South”) is informing shippers that it has limited
operational flexibility within East Whistler Deliveries Scheduling Group:
Capacity could be impacted by as much as 150,000 dth/d for the duration of the maintenance. This
maintenance has the potential to impact all services, including Primary Firm Service.
No impact anticipated to net zero nominations between receipt and delivery points located east of
Hurricane Junction. Lower than normal operating pressures are expected.
Saraland Deliveries Scheduling Group
No impact anticipated to net zero nominations between receipt and delivery points north of
Hatter's Pond Junction located on Index 301-8-20. Lower than normal operating pressures are
expected.
Demand charge credits will not be issued during the maintenance period unless Primary Firm
Service is scheduled down during the Timely Nomination Cycle. Any demand charge credits will be
calculated pursuant to Section 6.25 of the General Terms and Conditions of Gulf South`s NGA Gas
Tariff.
Gulf South is informing shippers that it cannot absorb due shipper imbalances across the system:
1.??Shippers are not to deliver to the pipe less than scheduled quantities at receipt points.
2.??Shippers are not to take from the pipe more than scheduled quantities at delivery points.
Gulf South will be monitoring location performance and may be required to take one of the
following actions:
1.??Delivery locations may be subject to scheduling reductions when the net scheduled delivery
quantities minus the “Projected Daily Quantities” exceeds the greater of 5% of net scheduled
delivery quantities or 5,000 Dth.
2.??Receipt locations may be subject to a point specific or operator specific Operational Flow
Order (OFO) pursuant to Section 6.18[4] of Gulf South’s FERC NGA Gas Tariff when the “Projected
