    Gulf South Pipeline Company, LLC ("Gulf South") is declaring a Critical Period in Areas 1, 2, 3,
    and 4 due to constrained operating conditions and limited operational flexibility to manage
    shipper imbalances. All shippers are required to balance receipts and deliveries within a
    tolerance equal to or less than 5% of scheduled quantities and operate in a manner that supports
    the safe and reliable operation of the pipeline system.

    Pursuant to Section 6.18[3] of Gulf South's General Terms and Conditions ("GT&C") and the
    applicable firm rate schedules, during a Critical Period shippers must conform receipts into the
    system with deliveries taken from the system and receive and deliver gas at a Uniform Hourly Rate
    of Flow.

    Failure to maintain balanced operations or comply with applicable flow requirements may adversely
    impact system reliability during this Critical Period. Gulf South will monitor shipper activity
    and may implement additional operational measures, including the issuance of an Operational Flow
    Order ("OFO") if necessary to protect system integrity.

    Shippers are strongly encouraged to take immediate action to reduce imbalances and ensure
    compliance with all applicable tariff provisions. Failure to comply during a declared Critical
    Period may subject shippers to penalties in accordance with Section 6.19[3] of Gulf South's FERC
    Gas Tariff.

    Shippers should continue to monitor Gulf South's Informational Postings website for updates
    regarding system conditions and additional operational notices.
