    Gulf South is performing maintenance at the Index 129 Pipeline.

    The following groups are subject to impact:

    West 30 From Goodrich to So Texas (Deliveries)

    North to South Capacity will be impacted by up to 770,000 dth/d for the duration of the
    maintenance. This maintenance has the potential to impact all services, including Primary Firm
    Service.

    Demand charge credits will not be issued during the maintenance period unless Primary Firm
    Service is scheduled down during the Timely Nomination Cycle. Any demand charge credits will be
    calculated pursuant to Section 6.25 of the General Terms and Conditions of Gulf South`s NGA Gas
    Tariff.

    West 30 From So Texas to Goodrich Receipt

    South to north capacity through Goodrich compressor station could be impacted by as much as
    180,000 dth/d for the duration of the maintenance.

    No impact anticipated to net zero nominations between receipt and delivery points located south
    of the Brazos compressor station. No impact anticipated to net zero nominations within Area 25
    (Coastal Bend Header).
