    Gulf South will be performing maintenance at the Tallulah compressor station.

    The following scheduling group is subject to impact:

    -Expansion Receipts Upstream Tallulah Scheduling Group

    Gas Day 4/27:

    Capacity could be impacted by as much as 135,000 Dth/d for the duration of the maintenance.

    Gas Day 4/28-5/1:

    Capacity could be impacted by as much as 400,000 Dth/d for the duration of the maintenance. This
    maintenance has the potential to impact all services, including Primary Firm Service.

    Demand charge credits will not be issued during the maintenance period unless Primary Firm
    Service is scheduled down during the Timely Nomination Cycle. Any demand charge credits will be
    calculated pursuant to Section 6.25 of the General Terms and Conditions of Gulf South`s NGA Gas
    Tariff.
