    Gulf South will be performing maintenance at Index 249-1.

    The following point will be shut-in for the duration of the maintenance:

    - Loc 73 (Nine Mile Power Plt (To Lp&L))

    Only deliveries to Nine Mile 4 and Nine Mile 5 will be impacted. There will be no impact to
    deliveries made to Nine Mile 6.

    This maintenance has the potential to impact all services, including Primary Firm Service.

    Demand charge credits will not be issued during the maintenance period unless Primary Firm
    Service is scheduled down during the Timely Nomination Cycle. Any demand charge credits will be
    calculated pursuant to Section 6.25 of the General Terms and Conditions of Gulf South`s NGA Gas
    Tariff.
