    Golden Triangle Storage, LLC Force Majeure UPDATE

    April 30,2025 11:00 AM Update

    Effective immediately and until further notice, injections into the storage caverns will be restricted to an
    estimated 110,000 Dth/day. For the duration of this event, GTS will curtail nominated volumes as
    needed according to the declining priorities set forth in Section 5 of GTS’ FERC Gas Tariff.

    Further updates will be provided as more information is available.

    April 30, 2025 Update

    Due to additional compressor failures, effective for gas day April 30, 2025, and until further notice,
    injections into the storage caverns will be restricted to an estimated 55,000 Dth/day. For the duration
    of this event, GTS will curtail nominated volumes as needed according to the declining priorities set
    forth in Section 5 of GTS’ FERC Gas Tariff.

    Further updates will be provided as more information is available.

    Effective April 29, 2025 at 9:00 AM CST, and until further notice, Golden Triangle Storage, LLC (GTS) is
    declaring a force majeure event pursuant to Section 17 of the General Terms and Conditions of GTS’
    FERC Gas Tariff due to the mechanical failure of a compressor unit. For the duration of this event, GTS
    will curtail nominated volumes as needed according to the declining priorities set forth in Section 5 of
    GTS’ FERC Gas Tariff.
