Mile Post 33 Commissioning

Golden Pass Pipeline LLC (“GPPL”) has entered the commissioning phase for a portion of
it’s expansion facilities, as authorized in Docket No. CP14-518-000 by order issued
December 21, 2016 (as amended on October 21, 2022, in Docket Nos. CP21-1-000 and
CP21-458-000). As noted in GPPL’s Planned Maintenance schedule (available on GPPL’s
Informational Postings website), non-commissioning related capacity at locations south of
Main Line Valve 4 will be unavailable during this commissioning period (Please reference
the Planned Maintenance Schedule for exact dates).

The following locations will remain available for non-commissioning related activities:

Texas Eastern

Transco A/B

Transco C
