Equitrans L.P. is providing notice of a meter update for the upcoming H-148 Pipeline maintenance. The Shotski meter has been updated from
M5200755 to M5385492.
Equitrans L.P. will be performing maintenance on its’ H-148 pipeline in Mainline Operational Area 2 beginning at 10:00 am ET on October 26,
2026, and is issuing an OFO in accordance with Section 6.11 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff.
In conjunction with this maintenance, all People’s Natural Gas Delivery/Receipt points between Ginger Hill valve set (coordinates 40.19287 /
-80.01486 and Chippewa Valve Set (coordinates 40.12065 / -80.03811) on the H-148 Pipeline must be shut in by 10:00 AM ET on October 26,
2026, and remain shut in for the duration of the maintenance.
Additionally, Operationally Available Capacity through Meters: M5385492 (Shotski), and M5204772 (Chub) will be reduced to 0 Dths for October
26, 2026, through November 09, 2026, Gas Days.
Scheduled Quantities will be adjusted to not exceed this amount. This amount is based on projected operating conditions and is subject to change.
Lastly, in conjunction with this maintenance, customers may experience higher than normal pressures on the following pipelines in Mainline
Operational Area 2, Mainline Operational Area 3 and Mainline Operational Area H-148, H-152, M-78, H-128, H-129, H-111, and H-515.
Equitrans L.P. will notify impacted parties of anticipated point specific volume reductions.
This action is pursuant to Sections 6.11 of the General Terms and Conditions of Equitrans’ FERC Gas Tariff. If Customer and/or Customer's
supplier, operator, or transporter fails to comply with the terms of an OFO, such Customer shall (a) be liable for any damages including, but not

limited to, direct consequential exemplary, or punitive damages incurred by Equitrans or any other party as a result of such failure, and (b) be
subject to a penalty of three (3) times the Midpoint price reported for Texas Eastern, M-2 receipts or Eastern Gas, South. whichever is greater, as
published in Platts Gas Daily, or similar publication, times the quantity of gas by which the Customer deviated from an OFO. No penalties will be
imposed against a customer for failure to comply with OFO when Equitrans determines that compliance with an OFO is beyond the Customer's
control and capabilities.
Customers should monitor Equitrans’ Informational Postings website for updates to this notice.
Estimated duration of the maintenance is 14 days. Upon completion of the maintenance the OFO will expire and Equitrans L.P. will notify impacted
parties when they can turn back in-line.
