Equitrans L.P. will be conducting a pipeline pigging on its H-143 and H-109 Pipelines in Mainline Operational Area 2 from Rogersville M&R Station to
Greenlee Gates beginning at 7:00 AM ET on September 16, 2026 and is issuing an OFO in accordance with Section 6.11 of the General Terms and
Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff.

Equitrans L.P is hereby providing notice that due to the high possibility of fluids during the pipeline pigging, all People’s Natural Gas Delivery/Receipt
Meters between Rogersville M&R Station (Coordinates 39.87756 / -80.26647) and Greenlee Gates (Coordinates 40.14426 -80.00696) on the H-143 and
H-109 pipelines must be shut in by 7:00 AM on September 16, 2026, and remain shut in for the duration of the pig run.

In addition, Customer Receipt Meter: 17047 (Amity IC) must be shut in by 7:00 AM ET on September 16, 2026, and remain shut in for the duration of the
pipeline pigging.

Lastly, in conjunction with this pigging, customers may experience higher than normal pressures on the following pipelines in Mainline Operational Area 2,
Mainline Operational Area 3 and Mainline Operational Area 4:H-108, H-111, H-115, H-527, H-515, H-518, H-511, H-509, and H-508.

Equitrans L.P. will notify impacted parties of anticipated point specific volume reductions.

This action is pursuant to Sections 6.11 of the General Terms and Conditions of Equitrans’ FERC Gas Tariff. If Customer and/or Customer's supplier,
operator, or transporter fails to comply with the terms of an OFO, such Customer shall (a) be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct
consequential exemplary, or punitive damages incurred by Equitrans or any other party as a result of such failure, and (b) be subject to a penalty of three (3)
times the Midpoint price reported for Texas Eastern, M-2 receipts or Eastern Gas, South. whichever is greater, as published in Platts Gas Daily, or similar
publication, times the quantity of gas by which the Customer deviated from an OFO. No penalties will be imposed against a customer for failure to comply
with OFO when Equitrans determines that compliance with an OFO is beyond the Customer's control and capabilities.

Estimated duration of the pigging is 10 hours. Upon completion of the maintenance the OFO will expire and Equitrans L.P. will notify impacted parties when
they can turn back in-line.
