Equitrans L.P. will be performing pipeline maintenance on its M-78 Pipeline in its Mainline Operational Area 2 beginning at 8:00 AM ET on September 02,
2026, and is issuing an OFO in accordance with Section 6.11 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff.
In conjunction with this maintenance, all People’s Natural Gas Delivery/Receipt points between Crayne Farm (39.91839 / - 80.15112) and Ten Mile MLV
(40.01323 / - 80.11929) must be shut in on the M-78 pipeline by 8:00 AM ET on September 02, 2026, and remain shut in until the completion of this
maintenance.
In addition, the following Customer Receipt Meters: 17150 (Pipers Ridge) and M5282997 (Steelhead) must be shut in by 8:00 AM ET on September 02,
2026, and remain shut in until the completion of this maintenance.
Lastly, customers may experience higher than normal pressures on the following pipelines in Mainline Operational Area 1, Mainline Operational Area 2 and
Mainline Operational Area 3: M-78, H-152, H-129, H128, H-125, and H-111.
Equitrans L.P. will notify impacted parties of anticipated point specific volume reductions.
This action is pursuant to Sections 6.11 of the General Terms and Conditions of Equitrans’ FERC Gas Tariff. If Customer and/or Customer's supplier,
operator, or transporter fails to comply with the terms of an OFO, such Customer shall (a) be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct
consequential exemplary, or punitive damages incurred by Equitrans or any other party as a result of such failure, and (b) be subject to a penalty of three (3)
times the Midpoint price reported for Texas Eastern, M-2 receipts or Eastern Gas, South. whichever is greater, as published in Platts Gas Daily, or similar
publication, times the quantity of gas by which the Customer deviated from an OFO. No penalties will be imposed against a customer for failure to comply
with OFO when Equitrans determines that compliance with an OFO is beyond the Customer's control and capabilities.
Estimated duration of outage is 24 hours. Upon completion of the maintenance the OFO will expire and Equitrans L.P. will notify impacted parties when they
