Equitrans L.P. will be conducting a pipeline pigging on its GSF-993 Pipeline in Mainline Operational Area 4 starting at 10:00 AM ET on January 06, 2026,
and is issuing an OFO in accordance with Section 6.11 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff.
In conjunction with this pigging, Equitrans L.P is hereby providing notice that due to the possibility of fluids during the pigging all People’s Natural Gas and
Hope Gas Delivery/Receipt points between Loretta Gates Valve Set (Coordinates 39.449560 / -80.321024) and Curtisville Compressor Station (coordinates
39.52351 / -80.43982) must be shut in on its GSF-993 Pipeline by 10:00 AM ET on January 06, 2026 and remain shut in for the duration of the pigging,
which has an estimated duration of 48 hours.
Additionally, in conjunction with this pigging, Equitrans L.P. is requesting volumes flowing through the following Meters: #24564 (Curry), #24562 (East
Comet), #24490 (Pluto), #24622 (Harbert), #M5552986 (Sugarcamp), and #M5514773 (Wilsonburg III) collectively not exceed 105,000 Dths during the
pigging, which is scheduled for January 06, 2026, and January 07, 2026, Gas Days. Nominations should be adjusted accordingly.
Lastly, in conjunction with this pigging, Operational Capacity at the Meter #24480 (McClellan) will be reduced to 0 Dths for January 06, 2026, and January
07, 2026, Gas Days.
If Customer and/or Customer’s operator fails to comply with the terms of this OFO, such Customer shall be subject to (1) liability for any damages including,
but not limited to, direct, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages incurred by Equitrans or any other party as a result of such failure, (2) a penalty of
$25 per Dth times the quantity of gas by which the Customer deviated from the requirements of this OFO, (3) flow control, and/or (4) a reduction in
scheduled quantities to match flowing gas. In addition, Equitrans will not permit post-cycle adjustments to avoid an OFO penalty.
Estimated duration of outage is 48 hours. Upon completion of the maintenance the OFO will expire and Equitrans L.P. will notify impacted parties when they

can turn back in-line.
