Equitrans L.P. will be conducting pipeline pigging on its’ H-112 Pipeline in its’ Mainline Operational Area 2 from Greenlee Gates to Tepe Gates beginning at
7:00 AM ET on November 04, 2025, and is issuing an OFO in accordance with Section 6.11 of the General Terms and Conditions of its FERC Gas Tariff.

Equitrans L.P is hereby providing notice that due to the high possibility of fluids during this pigging all People’s Natural Gas Delivery/Receipt between
Greenlee Gates (Coordinates 40.144213 / -80.006979)?and Tepe Gates (Coordinates 40.281289 / -79.917462) on the H-112 Pipeline must be shut in by 7:00
AM ET on November 04, 2025.

If Customer and/or Customer’s operator fails to comply with the terms of this OFO, such Customer shall be subject to (1) liability for any damages including,
but not limited to, direct, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages incurred by Equitrans or any other party as a result of such failure, (2) a penalty of
$25 per Dth times the quantity of gas by which the Customer deviated from the requirements of this OFO, (3) flow control, and/or (4) a reduction in
scheduled quantities to match flowing gas. In addition, Equitrans will not permit post-cycle adjustments to avoid an OFO penalty.

The estimated duration of the pigging is 36 hours. Upon completion of the maintenance the OFO will expire and Equitrans L.P. will notify impacted parties
when they can turn back in-line.

Customers should monitor Equitrans’ Informational Postings website for updates to this notice.
