Eureka Midstream LLC is providing notice that planned maintenance has been scheduled on its BUEL-S005/S008 pipeline, in the Eureka Lean Gathering
System impacting the October 13 and 14, 2026, Gas Days.
All producers with ownership interests in the following meters, #M1007301 (Bolen), #M1006701 (McIntire North), and #M1005801 (Ormet 2-15) are
required to shut-in production by 8:00 AM EST on October 14, 2026, and remain shut-in for the duration of the maintenance period. Customers should
contact their Transportation Services Representative if you have interest in moving production to #M5383795 (Bolen), and #M5357979 (McIntire North),
during this maintenance.
The duration of the maintenance period is estimated to be 9 hours.
Shippers should adjust their nominations accordingly for the October 13 and 14, 2026, Gas Days. Should additional shut ins be required or additional
reductions in nominations be necessary, Eureka Midstream LLC will notify impacted parties.
If maintenance is successfully completed ahead of schedule, partial day nominations may be accepted.

to this notice.
