Eureka Midstream LLC is providing notice of emergent pipeline maintenance on its BUEL-S014 pipeline, in the Eureka Lean Gathering System impacting
deliveries to the downstream delivery points.

All producers with ownership interests in the following meters, #M1004401 (Nick Nack), #M5443428 (Beachy), #M5422123 (Dynamite), #M1006601
(Pool), #M1002702 (Moonraker), M5473258 (Cisler), M5454959 (Sexton), M1004501 (Odd Job), M1006201 (Zorin), M5367043 (Valenka), and M5357980
(Forni) are required to shut-in production effective immediately. Should additional shut-ins be required, Eureka Midstream LLC will notify impacted parties.

Eureka Midstream LLC personnel are working to resolve the issue. Currently, we do not have an estimated duration for the pipeline to return to service.

Nominations to delivery points in the Eureka Lean System should be adjusted accordingly. Customers should reach out directly to their EQT Midstream
Transportation Services Representative with any questions.

Customers should monitor EQT Midstream customer portal - Gathering Informational Postings Website for updates to this notice.
