Eureka Midstream LLC is providing notice that the planned maintenance previously scheduled for August 17, 2026, on its BUEL-D008 pipeline, in
the Eureka Lean Gathering System has been rescheduled to now start on the September 09, 2026, Gas Day, and continue through the September 10,
2026, Gas Day.

Eureka Midstream LLC is providing notice that pipeline maintenance has been scheduled on its BUEL-D008 pipeline, in the Eureka Lean Gathering
System, impacting deliveries from the EM-ORS Receipt IC (Meter #10057) beginning at 10:00 AM EST on September 09, 2026, through the
September 10, 2026, Gas Days.

In conjunction with this maintenance, Nominations at Delivery Meter #743103 (LXP-Eureka) from the EM-ORS Receipt IC (Meter # 10057) will be
restricted to 0 DTHS for the
September 09, 2026, through September 10, 2026, Gas Days.

The estimated outage duration is 48 hours.
