EQM Gathering Opco, LLC, an EQM Midstream Partners, LP entity, will be performing in-line inspection tool runs on its NINF-D002 pipeline
beginning at 10:00 AM EST on March 03, 2026, through the March 04, 2026, Gas Days.

In response to this work, all producers with production flowing in the Nightfall section of the Washington System should expect to see a reduction in
off system deliveries on the March 03, 2026, Gas Day. Deliveries to meters in the Washington Gathering System have been adjusted as follows for
the March 03, 2026, through March 04, 2026, Gas Days:

DTE – Maverick IC [A129103541]: 0 DTH
EGTS – California 342 IC [5194901] 0 DTH
EGTS - California 591 IC [5194903]: 0 DTH
EQT – Brova IC [5100047]: 75,607 DTH
EQT – Carolina IC [5369578]: 150,000 DTH
EQT – Jaybird IC [5100075]: 0 DTH
EQT – Kevech IC [M5356270] 0 DTH
TCO – Kryptonite IC [642854] 165,000 DTH
TETCO – Tombstone IC [73869]: 170,000 DTH

In response to this work, producers flowing to Twilight Compressor Station will be isolated to Carolina [5369578] and Tombstone [73869] delivery
points at the Operationally Available Capacities above. Producers unable to deliver to the aforementioned delivery points will be required to shut-in
production for the March 03, 2026, through March 04, 2026, Gas Days.

In response to this work, producers flowing to Blue Moon and/or Full Moon Compressor Stations will be isolated to the Carolina [5369578] and

In alignment with this maintenance, all producers with production flowing in the Washington Gathering System should contact EQT Midstream
Transportation Services to discuss their plans for the March 03, 2026, through March 04, 2026, Gas Days. Producers without communicated
agreements are expected to shut-in production and remain shut-in for the March 03, 2026, through March 04, 2026, Gas Days.

Nominations will be scheduled to not exceed the aforementioned amounts. These amounts are based on projected operating conditions and are
subject to change.

EQM Midstream Partners, LP will notify customers when they can turn back in-line.
