On February 20, 2026, pursuant to Empire’s General Terms & Conditions Section 23 of its tariff, Empire filed with the
FERC (Docket RP26-505) proposing the below Existing Shipper Fuel Retention, Empire North Compressor
Fuel Retention, and Other Gas For Transporter’s Use (OGFTU) percentages to be effective April 1, 2026:

Existing Shipper Fuel Retention: 0.24%
Empire North Compressor Fuel Retention: 1.52%
OGFTU: 0.07%

In addition, the filing has proposed the below Electric Power Cost Rates (EPCR) to be effective April 1, 2026:

EPCR Volumetric Rate: $0.0371
