    Force Majeure Lifted – Caprock Station – Unit #2

     

    El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (EPNG) has resolved the Force Majeure event declared on Tuesday, June 9, 2026 (Reference Critical Notice No(s). 628635, 629669, and 629734) associated with its second stage nozzle cooling blockage at Caprock Compressor Station Unit #2 located in Lea County, New Mexico. As such, EPNG will be restoring the capacity through the CAPROCK N and LUSK constraints effective September 24, 2026, Intraday 1 Cycle, (Cycle 3).

    EPNG will be posting an updated maintenance notice to reflect the restored capacity through the CAPROCK N and LUSK constraints.

    This incident constitutes an event of Force Majeure under Section 11.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of EPNG's FERC Gas Tariff.
