Force Majeure – Gresham Station
El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (EPNG) has a failed compressor seal on Gresham Compressor Station located in Culberson County, Texas, which impacts the operation of the Gresham Compression Station, and which requires immediate attention. Therefore, the Gresham Compressor Station is currently unavailable due to the need for necessary repairs. Accordingly, the operational capacity through the WA2CORN and associated constraints will be reduced by 67,738 dekatherms per day (Dth/d) effective August 24, 2026, Evening Cycle, (Cycle 2).
EPNG will be posting an updated maintenance notice to reflect the total impact through the WA2CORN and associated constraints.
EPNG will provide updates as more information becomes available.
This incident constitutes an event of Force Majeure under Section 11.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of EPNG's FERC Gas Tariff.
