Force Majeure – Line No. 1103 – Anomaly Repair – Guadalupe to Cornudas Update #2
El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (EPNG) has identified an additional anomaly on Line No. 1103 downstream of its Guadalupe Compressor Station, located in Culberson and Hudspeth Counties, Texas. The repair will require isolation and an additional reduction in operational capacity.
Accordingly, the operational capacity through the GUADLUP constraint will be reduced by 570,000 dekatherms per day (Dth/d), effective July 9, 2026, Intraday 2 Cycle, (Cycle 4) and July 10, 2026 Evening Cycle (Cycle 2).
EPNG will post an updated maintenance notice to reflect the total impact through the GUADLUP constraint. This reduction in operational capacity will remain in effect until further notice.
EPNG will provide updates as more information becomes available.
This incident constitutes an event of Force Majeure under Section 11.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of EPNG's FERC Gas Tariff.
