    Force Majeure Lifted – Eunice C Station – Unit #3

    El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (EPNG) has resolved the Force Majeure event declared on Wednesday, June 24, 2026 (Reference Critical Notice No. 628769) associated with its Eunice C Compressor Station Unit # 3 located in Lea County, New Mexico. As such, EPNG will be restoring the capacity at the Texaco Eunice Receipt, 377034, (ITEXNEUN) point location effective on June 26, 2026, Evening Cycle, (Cycle 2).

    EPNG will be posting an updated maintenance notice to reflect the restored capacity at the Texaco Eunice Receipt, 377034, (ITEXNEUN) point location.

    This incident constitutes an event of Force Majeure under Section 11.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of EPNG's FERC Gas Tariff.
