| Subject: Force Majeure - Line 1201 Hackberry |
Force Majeure – Line No(s). 1201/1112 – Anomaly Repairs – Hackberry to Topock – MLV 48 to MLV 13
El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (EPNG) has identified anomalies on Line No(s). 1201 and 1112 downstream of its Hackberry Compressor Station located in Mohave County, Arizona. The repairs will require a pressure restriction, isolation, and a corresponding reduction in operational capacity.
Accordingly, the operational capacity through the NORTH ML constraint will be reduced by 529,289 dekatherms per day (Dth/d), effective June 06, 2026, Evening Cycle, (Cycle 2).
EPNG will post an updated maintenance notice to reflect the total impact through the NORTH ML constraint. This reduction in operational capacity will remain in effect until further notice.
EPNG will provide updates as more information becomes available.
This incident constitutes an event of Force Majeure under Section 11.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of EPNG's FERC Gas Tariff.
