SOC Follow-Up Report – Location Specific Draft Condition
DURATION OF EVENT
A location-specific Strained Operating Condition (“SOC”) for a Draft condition was declared by EPNG as follows:
Effective: Gas Day April 29, 2026
Imbalance Threshold: 5%

The following location was subject to the requirements of the SOC declaration:

TIMELINE
[April 29, 2026, 6:32 am Mountain Daylight Time (MDT)] EPNG declared a location-specific SOC for a Draft condition effective Gas Day April 29, 2026, with the imbalance threshold set at 5% (Critical Notice No. 628208).
[April 30, 2026, 8:22 am MDT] EPNG lifted the subject location-specific SOC effective Gas Day April 30, 2026 (Critical Notice No. 628223).
APPLICABLE OPERATING CONDITIONS
Wednesday, April 29, 2026
-- EPNG's system linepack started the day at 7,657 MMcf, which was a decrease of 49 MMcf compared to the previous Gas Day.
-- At 6:32 am MDT, EPNG declared a location-specific SOC for a Draft condition (Notice No. 628208) for the location listed above effective Gas Day April 29.
-- The location listed above had drafted EPNG's system by 34 MMcf over the course of the prior three Gas Days.
-- Washington Ranch was on withdrawal averaging 79 MMcf.
Thursday, April 30, 2026
-- EPNG's system linepack started the day at 7,862 MMcf, which was an increase of 205 MMcf compared to the previous Gas Day.
-- At 8:22 am MDT, EPNG lifted the subject location-specific SOC for a Draft condition (Notice No. 628223) effective Gas Day April 30, 2026. The location listed above adjusted their scheduled quantities to align with actual deliveries.
-- Washington Ranch was on withdrawal, averaging 45 MMcf.
ACTIONS TAKEN BY EPNG AND SHIPPERS
The following actions were taken:
1. EPNG contacted the interconnecting party at the affected location prior to declaring the SOC and requested that scheduled quantities be adjusted to match actual flowing gas quantities.
2. EPNG declared a location-specific SOC for a Draft condition on April 29, 2026, at 6:32 am MDT. The SOC was in effect for Gas Day April 29, 2026, only.
3. After EPNG declared the SOC, the affected customer took corrective action to align their scheduled supplies with their actual deliveries.
