    STRAINED OPERATING CONDITION (SOC) Declaration – Location Specific DRAFT

     

    EFFECTIVE DATE: May 8, 2026

    IMBALANCE TOLERANCE: 5%

     

    DURATION:  Until Further Notice

     

    AFFECTED AREAS/LOCATIONS:  Specific to the following location.

     

    DTEP S78 (301149)

     

    OPERATING CONDITION SUMMARY:   The EPNG system linepack level starts Gas Day May 8. 2026, at an acceptable level.  The location listed above continues to draft the system and undermines our ability to maintain linepack within acceptable levels.

     

    Deliveries in excess of scheduled quantities.

     

    CUSTOMER ACTION REQUIRED:  Immediate action is required to ensure that system pressure remain at a level capable of meeting scheduled deliveries off the system.

     

    EPNG RESPONSE:

    - Washington Ranch is available for withdrawal.

    - IHSW Service will be suspended.
