STRAINED OPERATING CONDITION (SOC) Declaration – System Wide Pack - Update #1
El Paso Natural Gas (EPNG) system linepack begins Gas Day February 27, 2026, at 8,224 MMcf, reflecting a decrease of 85 MMcf from the start of Gas Day February 26.
The Strained Operating Condition (SOC) for a PACK condition, (Critical Notice No: 627651), will remain in effect for Gas Day February 27, 2026. EPNG requests that shippers and operators align scheduled volumes with actual deliveries to maintain system integrity.
Washington Ranch is on maximum injection.
