    STRAINED OPERATING CONDITION (SOC) Declaration - System Wide PACK

     

    EFFECTIVE DATE: December 26, 2025

    IMBALANCE TOLERANCE: 5%

     

    DURATION:  Until Further Notice

     

    AFFECTED AREAS/LOCATIONS:  System-wide

     

    OPERATING CONDITION SUMMARY:  The EPNG system is experiencing a high linepack condition with system linepack currently at 8,260 MMcf.

     

    Deliveries below scheduled quantities.

     

    Receipts in excess of scheduled quantities.

     

    CUSTOMER ACTION REQUIRED:  Immediate action is required to ensure that system integrity is maintained.

     

    EPNG RESPONSE:

    - Washington Ranch is on injection.

    - Imbalance payback to the system, such as Payback (Imbalance Payback to TSP) transactions, will be denied due to operational concerns related to maintaining adequate linepack.
