Force Majeure – Line No. 1103 – Anomaly Repairs – San Simon to MLV 49
El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (EPNG) has identified anomalies on Line No. 1103 downstream of its San Simon Compressor Station, located in Cochise County, Arizona. The repairs will require a pressure restriction, isolation, and a corresponding reduction in operational capacity.
Accordingly, the operational capacity through the LORDSBRG constraint will be reduced by 575,003 dekatherms per day (Dth/d), effective December 6, 2025, Evening Cycle, (Cycle 2).
EPNG will post an updated maintenance notice to reflect the total impact through the LORDSBRG constraint. This reduction in operational capacity will remain in effect until further notice.
EPNG will provide updates as more information becomes available.
This incident constitutes an event of Force Majeure under Section 11.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of EPNG's FERC Gas Tariff.
