Force Majeure – 377033 – Sid Richardson Receipt (ISIDRICH) – Line 3006 Anomaly Repair
El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (EPNG) has identified an anomaly on Line No. 3006 upstream of its Keystone Compressor Station, located in Winkler County, Texas. The repair will require isolation and a corresponding reduction in operational capacity. The Sid Richardson Receipt, (ISIDRICH PIN: 377033), will be unable to deliver gas into the isolated section of Line 3006.
Accordingly, the operational capacity of the Sid Richardson Receipt point location will be reduced to zero dekatherms per day (Dth/d), effective April 1, 2025, Timely Cycle, (Cycle 1) through April 5, 2025.
EPNG will post an updated maintenance notice to reflect the total impact at the 377033, Sid Richardson Receipt, (ISIDRICH) point location.
EPNG will provide updates as more information becomes available.
This incident constitutes an event of Force Majeure under Section 11.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of EPNG's FERC Gas Tariff.
