    Force Majeure Lifted – Roswell Station

     

    El Paso Natural Gas Company, L.L.C. (EPNG) has resolved the Force Majeure event declared on Monday, November 4, 2024 (reference Critical Notice No. 623176), associated with its Roswell Compressor Station located in Chaves County, New Mexico. As such, EPNG will be increasing the capacity through the CAPROCK N constraint effective March 24, 2025, Intraday 1 Cycle, (Cycle 3). EPNG will be posting an updated maintenance notice to reflect the increase in capacity through the CAPROCK N constraint.

     

    This incident constitutes an event of Force Majeure under Section 11.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of EPNG's FERC Gas Tariff.
