The TC eConnects system will undergo maintenance from Wednesday, September 9, 2026, at 10:00 PM CT to Thursday, September 10, 2026, at 2:00 AM CT (approximately four hours). During this maintenance window, the system may experience intermittent outages. EDI files will not be sent or received during this period. Once the maintenance is complete, customers should close and restart their browsers to get the most updated version of the TC eConnects application. For assistance, please call 1-866-581-6487.
